That’s our promise to such a candidate.Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.A few examples of your responsibilitiesLead cross-border acquisitions in partnership with our Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions team, conducting due diligence, analyzing transaction documents, and following post-close integrations.Collaborate with outside counsel to assist with corporate reorganizations and governance matters following acquisitions in Italy and abroad.Negotiate, draft, and review primary and ancillary transaction documents.Collaborate with our Finance team to manage debt and equity financing and investments, as well as equity plans and instrumentsSeek out new opportunities to unlock value for the company and address business needs by staying up to date on all relevant legal and regulatory developments.What we look forReasoning ability.
