We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.Role ScopeLead a team of engineers building the internal software the buildout runs on, staying hands-on in the code while owning delivery.Run the operating rhythm of a small, high-velocity team: priorities set, blockers cleared, and working software shipped weekly.Own the growth and performance of your engineers, and hire to keep pace as the tool surface expands with the company.Partner with product and the operating teams, manufacturing, delivery, operations, to decide what gets built next and what gets killed.What We're Looking ForThe below is a starting point. Go, TypeScript, or Python in production. Manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure domains.
