What You’ll Do
Lead and continuously improve the site’s Quality and Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Management Systems, ensuring effective and sustainable practices.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and all applicable quality, environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Monitor Quality & EHS performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Facilitate root cause analysis, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational performance.
Oversee customer complaints, process deviations, risk assessments, and quality-related investigations to ensure effective resolution and learning.
Coordinate internal, customer, supplier, and certification audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
Develop and support the Quality & EHS team while working closely with Production, Engineering, and leadership teams to improve manufacturing performance, product quality, and safety outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
0–3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, engineering, or related environment, with exposure to operational excellence, quality management, or continuous improvement.
Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate across teams to achieve shared objectives in a supportive and inclusive manner.
Experience supporting the development of others through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing, helping individuals and teams grow and succeed.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver structured outcomes.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions, fostering alignment, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Practical experience with Lean, TPM, GPS, or similar methodologies, including tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Pareto Analysis, SMED, DMAIC, and Gemba (Go See).
Fluency in English and French, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
