Accountabilities

    • Lead end-to-end oversight of global customer cash reconciliation processes across multiple markets, entities, and banking relationships.
    • Investigate, resolve, and prevent reconciliation discrepancies by collaborating with Finance, Compliance, Customer Support, and other stakeholders.
    • Maintain and enhance reconciliation controls, reporting frameworks, and operational standards to ensure accuracy and scalability.
    • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to automate treasury workflows and improve operational efficiency.
    • Serve as a treasury subject matter expert by translating business needs into technical requirements and supporting system improvements.
    • Evaluate and implement treasury tools and platforms that increase the speed, reliability, and scalability of financial operations.
    • Provide treasury expertise for new product and service launches, ensuring appropriate cash management infrastructure and processes are established.
    • Support onboarding and due diligence processes for new banking partners and payment networks while ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are met.
    • Monitor global liquidity positions, identify funding risks, and ensure sufficient cash availability across banking relationships.
    • Oversee payment processing activities, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
    • Contribute to treasury policies, procedures, documentation, and internal control frameworks.
    • Coordinate external consultants and support the growth of the treasury function, with potential future team leadership responsibilities.
    • Requirements

      • 7+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, financial operations, or a related finance discipline.
      • Proven experience managing cash reconciliation processes at scale, ideally within a multi-currency and multi-entity environment.
      • Strong understanding of global payment systems, including FedWire, ACH, SWIFT, CHAPS, SEPA, and FPS.
      • Demonstrated ability to partner with Engineering or Product teams to automate processes and define technical solutions.
      • Experience working with treasury management systems, reconciliation platforms, or financial technology tools is preferred.
      • Background in fintech, digital assets, banking, payments, or other regulated financial environments is highly valued.
      • Familiarity with modern treasury concepts such as digital asset custody, on-chain settlements, or stablecoin flows is a plus.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Experience mentoring team members, managing contractors, or leading external partners is preferred.
      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
      • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification or equivalent qualification is a plus.
