As a Painter - Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other coatings to a variety of materials and surfaces. You will ensure that the final product meets our high standards of quality and durability. This role is crucial in maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure that painted surfaces are free of defects and meet quality standards
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Required 5+ years of experience in industrial painting
- Expertise in various painting techniques and materials
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with spray painting and powder coating
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
