Accountabilities:
- Provide functional support and maintenance for the SAP S/4HANA FI module, ensuring operational stability and continuity.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP FI processes.
- Collaborate with global teams to address business needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Support eDocuments solutions for Latin American countries, helping ensure compliance with financial and tax requirements.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify improvements and optimize financial processes.
- Prioritize and manage demands according to business impact and urgency.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives within the support environment.
- Fluent English proficiency for daily interaction with global teams.
- Solid experience as an SAP FI Consultant, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Strong functional knowledge of the SAP FI module and related financial processes.
- Experience supporting eDocuments solutions for Latin American countries.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and system-related challenges.
- Knowledge of tax authorities and compliance processes, such as DIAN, will be considered a plus.
- Experience working in global environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, collaboration mindset, proactivity, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize effectively.
