About the Role
The Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) supports the ongoing success of creators across the Twitch Partner program and plays a vital role in bringing new creators into the ecosystem. This role spans Creator Recruitment, Account Management, and Community Engagement, requiring a balance of analytical thinking and relationship management skills.

You Will
Creator Recruitment
- Identify, evaluate, and reach out to high-potential creators who are new to Twitch or transitioning to livestreaming
- Guide creators through structured onboarding covering analytics, audience development, channel setup, and monetization fundamentals, support.
- Conduct stream reviews and support test-streaming to ensure smooth creator starts
- Maintain visibility in emerging creator communities across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Partner Touchpoints & Account Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of Twitch Partners
- Provide timely, high-quality support and guidance on Twitch products, policies, and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation of creator interactions and portfolio data in Salesforce
- Collect and log partner feedback to inform product development and messaging
- Community Management & Events (13% of time)
- Support planning and execution of IRL events to deepen creator relationships
- Maintain active presence in Partner community spaces (e.g., Discord)
- Represent Twitch at creator community moments as a brand ambassador
- Document creator insights and event outcomes
Administrative & Strategic Tasks
- Generate and maintain reports on creator performance and engagement
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities within creator portfolio
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives
- Support development of scalable solutions for creator needs
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other teams
- Participate in regular team meetings and planning sessions
- Share insights and best practices with broader partnerships team
- Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives
Success Metrics

The Global Partnerships team lies at the heart of Twitch. Our team is dedicated to serving streamers in our Twitch Partner Program from around the world. Our partner managers are custodians of meaningful and enduring relationships with our Partners. Our operations managers lead the execution and efficiency of critical processes used to support the Partner experience. Our program managers design and implement initiatives that acknowledge and enable Partner success. Collectively, we shape and evolve the Partner Program with meticulous care. Every decision is guided by the diverse needs of our streamers, who are the essence of Twitch's success.
- 3+ years of experience in client/partner management, content acquisition, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management and business development
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of content creation platforms and livestreaming industry
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Project management experience
- Additional language skills relevant to the region

Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience- 3+ years of experience in client/partner management, content acquisition, or related fields
