Accountabilities:

    The IT & Healthcare Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting activities while developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified professionals across healthcare and technology sectors. This role requires strong networking skills, business partnership abilities, and the ability to deliver an excellent candidate experience.

    • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, offer acceptance, and onboarding coordination.
    • Recruit for a variety of specialized positions, including healthcare IT, infrastructure and support, project management, healthcare operations, clinical support, technical, and consulting roles.
    • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support current openings and future workforce needs.
    • Develop strong professional networks across healthcare, technology, consulting, and project management communities.
    • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, Boolean searches, industry groups, networking, and other recruiting channels.
    • Create targeted recruiting strategies for niche and difficult-to-fill positions.
    • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, technical capabilities, and cultural alignment.
    • Prepare candidate evaluations, summaries, and recommendations for hiring managers and leadership.
    • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity tracking, and hiring workflows within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and market conditions.
    • Support offer processes, background checks, onboarding activities, and pre-employment requirements.
    • Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining quality standards and meeting hiring objectives.
    • Support recruiting initiatives, performance tracking, and hiring KPIs.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to recruiters by supporting recruiting performance, pipeline development, and process improvements.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in healthcare, technology, consulting, or professional staffing environments. They should be skilled at sourcing specialized talent, managing multiple priorities, and building trusted relationships with candidates and business partners.

      • 3–5 years of recruiting experience within healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, consulting, or professional staffing.
      • Proven success recruiting technical, healthcare, healthcare IT, project management, or consulting professionals.
      • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, proactive sourcing, and relationship management.
      • Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates for specialized and competitive roles.
      • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches.
      • Experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with familiarity managing requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, reporting, and onboarding workflows.
      • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, HR principles, onboarding processes, employment documentation, and compliance requirements.
      • Strong interviewing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
      • Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and leadership teams.
      • Agency recruiting or staffing experience is preferred.
      • Experience recruiting for healthcare systems, hospitals, physician groups, healthcare consulting, digital health, revenue cycle, Epic, Cerner, infrastructure, or healthcare operations roles is a plus.
      • Experience recruiting contract, contract-to-hire, consulting, and direct-hire positions is preferred.
