Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives to exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Create and optimize territory plans focused on enterprise healthcare relationships and strategic account development.
- Partner with sales teams to identify target accounts, strengthen pipeline activity, and accelerate opportunity progression.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health, and CRM accuracy to support visibility, planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers and key accounts.
- Support complex sales opportunities as an executive sponsor, helping strengthen customer trust and close high-value partnerships.
- Identify market expansion opportunities by analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure effective go-to-market execution.
- Represent sales leadership in strategic meetings, product discussions, and company initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong background in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, SaaS, or similar B2B industries preferred.
- Proven ability to develop sales strategies, optimize territories, and improve team performance.
- Strong experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms for forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage strategic customer relationships and influence executive-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and healthcare buying processes is a plus.
- Strong professional network within healthcare organizations and key regional markets preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% throughout the assigned region.
- Competitive annual compensation range of approximately $170,000–$220,000.
