Position Overview As a Officer, Quality, you will monitor and improve the quality of operational processes and outputs responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actionsKey ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and analyzing quality performanceDeveloping and implementing quality control systems.Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulationsInvestigating and troubleshooting product or production issuesDeveloping corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.Checking PFMEA, specifications, and processesBe accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:a.   7S & KAIZENb.   Environmental Health Safetyc.   RBA & Social Responsibilityd.   Protection of company assetsUnderstand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)QualificationUniversity degree and above, major in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineeringExperience Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance for molding part and electrical product or a similar role. Skills & Competencies Proficient in creating and implementing procedures, processes, standards, and instructions. Good knowledge in problem solving and QC tools QC, 4M Be able to read technical drawings Standards, instructions creation skills Training skills and make report skill Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 🌟 Why Join Us?
