Accountabilities:

    • Define and execute the technical strategy for business identity, governance, permissions, and organizational management systems supporting customer-facing and internal platforms.
    • Lead large-scale cross-functional engineering initiatives from initial concept and architecture through implementation, launch, and adoption.
    • Build and improve backend systems that support enterprise customers, advertising partners, and business operations at scale.
    • Design scalable solutions for distributed systems, performance optimization, reliability, and latency-sensitive challenges.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and partner teams to translate customer needs into impactful technical solutions.
    • Conduct customer discovery and use data-driven insights to influence product roadmaps and platform improvements.
    • Drive engineering excellence through mentorship, technical guidance, code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
    • Improve existing systems through architectural enhancements, complex code modifications, and platform-level optimizations.
    • Promote adoption of shared business infrastructure across multiple products and teams.
    • Leverage AI-powered development tools throughout the software development lifecycle to improve productivity and engineering outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, building and operating production services at scale.
      • Previous experience acting as a Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or similar technical leadership role.
      • Strong backend engineering expertise with proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go or Python.
      • Experience designing APIs and working with service frameworks such as gRPC or Thrift.
      • Solid understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and event-driven architectures using technologies such as Kafka or Pub/Sub.
      • Experience solving complex scalability, reliability, and performance challenges in large production environments.
      • Experience working with advertising technology, enterprise platforms, identity systems, access management, governance, or similar domains.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
      • Proven ability to lead ambiguous, complex projects and align multiple teams toward shared outcomes.
      • Strong product mindset with the ability to understand user needs and translate feedback into technical solutions.
      • Experience using AI tools effectively across engineering workflows, including development, debugging, and productivity enhancement.
      • Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, cloud platforms, databases, caching systems, and modern web technologies is preferred.
      • Experience building solutions for global enterprise customers, advertising agencies, or large-scale business platforms is a plus.
