Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.  Position Summary The Director of Security reports to the VP of Operations and is primarily responsible for the 24/7 safety and security of CFG Bank Arena and the surrounding property. This position manages, supervises, and coordinates the day-to-day operations and risk management for security to ensure a safe and friendly environment for our guests, staff, and contractors of the CFG Bank Arena. This innovative professional will have proven experience in guest-facing interactive communication skills and be tasked with implementing policies and procedures that deliver an exceptional safe and friendly guest experience for diverse groups/clients in the professional entertainment and sports industries. This role pays an annual salary of $125,000-$135,000 and is bonus eligible. Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). This position will remain open until October 2, 2026.
