Accountabilities:
- Operate and maintain qualification on motion imagery and sensor systems onboard Learjet and Alpha Jet aircraft
- Support mission planning activities and assist in resolving technical or operational equipment issues
- Collaborate with pilots and mission teams to ensure safe, effective, and standardized operational procedures
- Contribute to the development and delivery of sensor operator training and related instructional materials
- Participate in the review and improvement of operational documentation, SOPs, and mission guidance
- Ensure strict adherence to aviation safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company operational policies
- Support flight operations through regular airborne participation to maintain proficiency and mission readiness
- Assist with safety, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives across mission operations
- Minimum 3 years of operational experience in air-to-ground operations (JTAC, TACP, FAC(A), or equivalent) or military aircrew experience (pilot, ACSO, AESOp, or equivalent)
- Must hold or be eligible for a Level II Secret security clearance in Canada and Controlled Goods Program requirements
- Canadian or U.S. citizenship required
- Experience with EO/IR sensors, Rover systems, or ISR/CAS video data links is an asset
- Familiarity with fast jet operations, aeromedical training, or centrifuge qualification is considered an advantage
- Strong understanding of aviation safety standards and operational procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and mission support systems
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in dynamic operational environments, including shift work, travel, and field conditions
