Essential Functions and Primary Duties

 

  • Take the lead on demand planning for key SKUs and customer channels across North America 

  • Drive monthly forecast cycles by bringing together insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance 

  • Turn demand signals, actuals, and variances into clear recommendations and smart next steps 

  • Partner with Supply and Inventory Planning teams to help ensure the right products are available at the right time 

  • Track forecast accuracy KPIs and champion improvements that make planning sharper and more reliable 

  • Keep a pulse on trends, promotions, seasonality, and new product launches to strengthen demand plans 

  • Fuel the local S&OP process with data-led insights, accurate forecasting inputs, and clear business storytelling 

  • Collaborate with commercial teams on customer and retailer planning that supports growth 

  • Bring fresh ideas to improve planning tools, reporting, and ways of working 

  • Create weekly and monthly forecasts and reporting packages that help the business make confident decisions 

  • Decode market trends, POS data, consumption signals, and company sales history to build practical, insight-driven forecasts 

  • Bring cross-functional partners together to align assumptions, surface opportunities, and drive accountability 

  • Spot risks and opportunities early so Supply and Inventory Planning can respond with speed and confidence 

  • Support system clean-up, master data accuracy, and planning optimization to keep the engine running smoothly 

  • Become the go-to forecasting lead for select product categories or customer segments

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field 

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in CPG or consumer healthcare 

  • A strong analytical mindset, sharp attention to detail, and curiosity to dig into the “why” behind the numbers 

  • Proficient in ERP and supply chain planning systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 

  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to collaborate across functions 

  • Comfort working in a lean, hands-on environment where priorities can shift and smart problem-solving matters 

  • Experience in sexual wellness, lifestyle or personal care categories 

  • Familiarity with POS data analysis and retailer-specific forecasting 

  • Understanding of S&OP or IBP processes 

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
