We are remote-first, headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.Role OverviewThis is a high-impact growth role for a commercially minded performance marketing expert.You will own Hilo's paid acquisition engine across Meta, Google, and Amazon, managing an annual budget of approximately €7.8M with significant growth expected over the coming years.Today, we work with specialist agencies across our acquisition channels.
