Accountabilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for cleared civilian, military, and technical professionals supporting defense-related programs across the United States.
- Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates while building strong talent pipelines for specialized positions.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, leadership meetings, and hiring logistics to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align recruitment priorities, staffing plans, and hiring objectives across multiple projects.
- Track staffing activities, personnel actions, onboarding documentation, and recruitment metrics while maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure recruiting processes comply with applicable security clearance requirements and personnel policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, increase operational efficiency, and strengthen hiring processes.
- Handle sensitive personnel information with professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience recruiting or sourcing cleared civilian, military, or Department of Defense personnel.
- Experience supporting U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, or joint military organizations.
- Strong understanding of military personnel processes, security clearance requirements, administrative procedures, and workforce operations.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized or security-sensitive roles.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment administration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting senior military or civilian leadership is highly desirable.
- Previous recruiting experience supporting Hanscom Air Force Base is preferred.
- Active or previously held U.S. Secret Security Clearance is preferred.
- Fully remote full-time position based in the United States.
