Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Screening Agent in Union City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support loss prevention efforts, and assist with security-related screening and alarm response. In this visible role, you will help to deter incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWed07:00 AM - 03:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, verifying access permissions and reporting unusual behavior, damaged property, and/or policy concerns.Support loss prevention and operational continuity by observing trailer yards, inventory movement areas, and high-traffic locations, and escalating security-related concerns according to site procedures.
