The Senior Sales Manager, National Account Executives will lead a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on driving strategic growth within the corporate travel and technology space. This role is designed for an experienced sales leader who can combine team development, market expertise, and hands-on deal execution. You will coach senior sales professionals, shape outbound strategies, and help navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with executive stakeholders. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact while helping redefine how businesses manage travel and spend. \n Accountabilities: The Senior Sales Manager, National Account Executives will be responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives, developing a high-performing team, and driving enterprise revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can provide strategic guidance while actively contributing to complex sales opportunities and operational improvements. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced National Account Executives, providing strategic coaching and support to achieve ambitious sales goals. Build and maintain a high-accountability culture within a fully remote sales organization, ensuring strong engagement, alignment, and performance. Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise sales strategies, industry trends, competitive positioning, and complex customer requirements. Support strategic deal execution by joining key customer meetings, refining proposals, and helping teams navigate multi-stakeholder negotiations. Develop and optimize outbound sales strategies to help teams engage executive decision-makers and target high-value enterprise accounts. Use CRM insights, pipeline analytics, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, improve sales velocity, and increase conversion rates. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market opportunities. Continuously improve sales processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms within a rapidly evolving business environment. Requirements: The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with extensive experience managing enterprise account teams and driving growth in complex, consultative sales environments. You should bring strong leadership capabilities, industry expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving organization. 5+ years of experience leading sales teams, with a proven track record managing senior Account Executives and achieving revenue targets. Deep understanding of corporate travel ecosystems, including Travel Management Company (TMC) models, distribution platforms, and enterprise travel technology solutions. Demonstrated success building outbound prospecting strategies and coaching teams on enterprise-level account acquisition. Experience managing high-performing sales professionals who require strategic coaching, mentorship, and partnership. Strong consultative selling skills with experience navigating complex sales cycles involving executives, procurement teams, and technical stakeholders. Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and use insights to improve team performance and business outcomes. Experience leading remote teams and creating strong team culture across distributed environments. Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable operating in a high-growth environment where processes and strategies continue to evolve. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
