This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of fragrance creation, raw materials, accords, and market trends, with the ability to transform creative concepts into commercially successful scents.ResponsibilitiesDevelop original fragrance compositions and accords.Create fragrances based on brand briefs and product positioning.Refine and optimize formulations through testing and evaluation.Work closely with product, marketing, and manufacturing teams.Source and recommend fragrance ingredients and suppliers.Stay updated on global fragrance trends and innovations.Maintain formulation records and development documentation.Requirements5+ years of experience in perfumery or fragrance development.Strong knowledge of fragrance raw materials, accords, and olfactory families.Experience developing fine fragrances for commercial use.Excellent sensory evaluation and formulation skills.Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
