Accountabilities:

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for identifying opportunities, designing meaningful product experiences, and supporting the creation of innovative B2B solutions. The main responsibilities include:

• Identify business opportunities and transform user and market needs into valuable product solutions.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and discovery activities with customers and stakeholders.
• Understand business processes and enterprise challenges to create effective product experiences.
• Design user flows, interfaces, and end-to-end product journeys.
• Create prototypes, experiments, and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas before development.
• Apply Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity, create workflows, and explore automation opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support prioritization decisions and contribute to continuous product improvement.
• Help develop innovative solutions aligned with customer needs and market opportunities.

Requirements:

We are looking for a professional with strong experience in product design and B2B software environments, combining strategic thinking, user-centered design, and technical collaboration skills.

• Solid experience working as a Product Designer, Product Owner, or similar role within B2B software products.
• Experience designing solutions for enterprise systems, ERPs, or complex digital platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applications, including AI agents and automation workflows.
• Ability to design user experiences, interfaces, flows, and digital journeys.
• Experience conducting user research, gathering requirements, and translating insights into product solutions.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between business goals, technology constraints, and user experience.
• Basic programming knowledge to collaborate effectively with development teams and AI-powered tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience creating functional prototypes and validating product concepts.
• Previous experience in innovation teams, product labs, or environments focused on experimentation.
• Knowledge of administrative processes and business operations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and design tools.
