All clinicians—across speech, occupational, and physical therapy—are expected to incorporate sensory-based techniques into their work with the children we serve. If you don't yet have experience with sensory integration, that's okay: we provide dedicated training and mentorship to help you build these skills and apply them confidently within your discipline.What you’ll doProvide one-on-one, play-based physical therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescenceDeliver evidence-based treatment across gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, and mobilityBuild treatment plans and goals that meet each kid where they areDocument sessions in our EMR with accuracy and careCommunicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammatesCoordinate care with SLP and OT so every kid gets one connected planCreate a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids firstWhy this role at Oaklin LanePay tied to the work itself.
