Business Operations Analyst
Role responsibilities
The Business Operations Analyst supports the Account Management and Customer Care groups, as well as the Equipment team within Fleet Operations. This role involves managing equipment records, developing performance KPIs, and acting as a liaison between dealers and customers.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with at least 3 years of professional experience. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work in a safe manner and support process improvements.
