Accountabilities:
- Own enterprise deployment timelines and provide technical project leadership from initial kickoff through implementation, go-live, and stabilization.
- Perform hands-on configuration, integration, and technical build activities required to successfully deploy solutions within client environments.
- Manage technical relationships with client IT, clinical informatics, EHR, and analyst teams to drive successful implementations.
- Partner with Client Success, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to identify challenges, develop solutions, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
- Support testing and validation of new product features before broader releases, ensuring solutions meet quality and usability standards.
- Translate implementation insights and customer feedback into product roadmap recommendations and feature improvements.
- Contribute to the design and prioritization of new capabilities, particularly those involving EHR workflows and technical integrations.
- Create and maintain scalable implementation documentation, including deployment guides, integration patterns, workflow designs, and testing procedures.
- Identify operational gaps and process improvements that improve implementation efficiency and customer experience.
- Help establish the future delivery model by developing repeatable playbooks and best practices for scaling implementations.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations, technical delivery programs, or complex technology deployments.
- 5+ years of experience working within healthcare consulting, digital health, healthcare technology, or health system environments.
- Experience in implementation, product operations, technical program management, or product management roles.
- Proven ability to collaborate with both client stakeholders and internal engineering/product teams.
- Experience with EHR integrations and healthcare technology deployments; Epic experience and certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong technical skills, including SQL proficiency and the ability to understand technical logic, workflows, and system integrations.
- Experience working with healthcare data, clinical workflows, or provider-side technology solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong documentation abilities, including creating implementation processes, technical guides, and testing frameworks.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance throughout deployment and validation processes.
- Self-directed mindset with the ability to prioritize, identify opportunities, and drive outcomes independently.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Experience with Epic, Cerner, FHIR, HL7, or other major healthcare integration platforms.
- Experience contributing to product design, feature definition, or product testing initiatives.
- Familiarity with care coordination, documentation improvement, coding workflows, or healthcare quality metrics.
- Competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 USD based on experience, qualifications, and location.
