Accountabilities:
- Identify, develop, and close cybersecurity managed services and outsourcing opportunities with enterprise customers.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including executives and C-suite decision-makers.
- Act as a cybersecurity services advisor by understanding customer challenges and positioning solutions that address business objectives.
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on acquiring new customers, expanding existing relationships, and increasing long-term value.
- Partner with internal sales teams, delivery experts, solution architects, commercial teams, and technology partners to create winning strategies.
- Guide customers through the transition toward managed security service models by addressing objections and demonstrating value.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multi-product, multi-vendor, and multi-year service engagements.
- Lead opportunity planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting activities.
- Develop commercial solutions, support contract negotiations, and help structure agreements that create value for both customers and the organization.
- Coordinate proposals, statements of work, and responses to customer requirements throughout the sales process.
- Maintain strong knowledge of cybersecurity trends, managed services offerings, industry challenges, and emerging technologies.
- Share market insights, best practices, and customer feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings.
- Support regional sales governance activities, opportunity reviews, and strategic deal discussions.
- Travel regularly to meet customers, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
- 8+ years of experience in a similar cybersecurity services sales, consulting, or business development role.
- Proven track record of selling managed security services, outsourcing solutions, or complex technology services to enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, vulnerabilities, security architectures, and protection best practices.
- Experience positioning managed services, consulting services, support services, and technical solutions across multiple technology domains.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud environments, and data centers.
- Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles, negotiating large contracts, and closing multi-year profitable agreements.
- Ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders and lead strategic business conversations.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and business outcomes to support value-based selling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities, qualify prospects, and create structured sales strategies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, architecture, and partner organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, sales, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in solution selling, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, or related disciplines are a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% based on customer, industry, and business needs.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $115,000–$213,000 depending on location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
