Accountabilities:
- Execute complex operational and financial processes that require investigation, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and resolution of systemic issues.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support operational visibility and recurring business reviews.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead automation initiatives to reduce inefficiencies and increase scalability.
- Document end-to-end workflows and develop structured solutions based on data analysis.
- Act as a technical reference for other analysts, supporting knowledge sharing and the development of data-driven practices.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders from different areas, ensuring alignment and resolution of operational challenges.
- Support the continuous improvement culture by implementing methodologies and practices focused on efficiency and process excellence.
- Proven experience in Operations, Backoffice, Customer Operations, FinOps, or similar high-volume operational environments.
- Advanced analytical skills, including experience managing KPIs, analyzing data, and creating operational reports.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools for operational controls and analysis.
- Experience extracting data using SQL and creating dashboards through BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze problems, map processes, identify root causes, and propose scalable solutions.
- Experience working in technology-driven environments such as startups, fintechs, or marketplaces is a plus.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, or similar frameworks is desirable.
- Experience handling critical cases, customer complaints, CRM tools, or customer protection platforms is considered a differential.
