We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Service Associate to join our Wealth Management, Private Bank team. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients through phone, email, and direct communication, while maintaining a professional and responsive tone.
  • Own client service, maintenance, cash movement, and operational requests from end to end, ensuring same-day response and resolution whenever possible.
  • Support private bankers and clients throughout account opening, loan processing, deposit activity, KYC, and related servicing needs.
  • Help maintain strong client relationships by proactively anticipating needs, escalating urgent issues appropriately, and coordinating with internal partners to complete work accurately and on time.
  • Support risk management and control requirements by following Wealth Management policies, audit procedures, AML/KYC standards, and training requirements.
  • Contribute to a strong team environment by sharing information, providing backup support, and assisting with cross-regional needs when required.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience providing client service or operational support in a financial services or wealth management environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, advisors, and internal colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve requests quickly, and follow through with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of banking, deposits, lending, KYC/AML, and client servicing processes preferred.
