Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own end-to-end resourcing activity across Gresham’s India hiring pipeline, based in our Gurugram office, and will act as the senior on-the-ground TA presence across our Bangalore, Gurugram and Noida hubs. This is a hands-on, experienced hire who can operate autonomously, manage a live requisition load, and represent Talent Acquisition credibly and confidently in front of senior business leaders across India.
With India representing a significant and fast-moving part of Gresham’s engineering and operations footprint, this role is central to keeping our hiring pipeline moving at pace, while also bringing the seniority to manage key stakeholder relationships, own local recruitment budget and vendor spend, and provide the wider TA function with an authoritative view of the India talent market. This is a step up from a purely transactional resourcing role: the successful candidate will be trusted to advise, influence and be accountable for outcomes across the region.
Key Responsibilities
At Gresham, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the communities we serve. We actively encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and are dedicated to providing a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and supported.
We make employment decisions based on merit, skills and potential, and do not discriminate based on any protected characteristic. We are also committed to making reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process and employment lifecycle.
