The team is based in San Francisco and includes engineers, designers, and operators from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, IMC, Shopify, LinkedIn, and Microsoft.About The RoleAs the first BizOps hire, you'll own the operational backbone of Conversion. That means leading our business operations, owning company finances, and execution on the legal and administrative side. You'll work directly with the founders and touch nearly every part of the business.This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.What You'll Do:Manage company finances, including understanding runway, tracking spend, and making the company more cost-efficientHandle legal and administrative operations: vendor contracts, office agreements, procurement paperwork, and new hire documentationJump in on special projects that span marketing and sales that don't fit neatly into a job description, but are essential to how we scaleQualificationsHave 2-5 years of experience in business operations, finance, or chief of staffBonus points: Worked at a high-growth startupAre energized by building from scratch: you'd rather create a process than inherit oneAre a structured thinker who can break down ambiguous challenges, find practical solutions, and drive execution...
