For International Card Services (ICS), supplier payments are one of the most important business growth strategies.
SME Account Development plays a critical role in achieving this business strategy.
This position is responsible for administrative and support tasks related to SME Account Development.

Administrative and support tasks for SME Account Development:

 

  • Initial handling of inbound customer phone calls 
  • Data entry, management, and processing 
  • Preparation and management of documents 
  • Other ad-hoc tasks 
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    (Excel skills such as experience with pivot tables and functions are preferred) 
  • Business-level typing speed 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Accuracy in processing tasks while adhering to relevant laws and internal policies 
  • Team player 
  • Strong sense of responsibility to see tasks through to completion 
  • Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and operational rules 
  • Ability to analyze tasks, improve processes, and solve problems 
  • Native Level of Japanese language
