What will you do?
The Employee Relations & Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day operational processes and managing facility-related documentation to ensure smooth and efficient workplace operations. The role focuses on enhancing employee engagement, fostering employee loyalty, and maintaining effective communication and coordination between management and employees. This position plays a key role in creating a positive, productive, and well-organized work environment.- Support operational and administrative processes within the facility to ensure seamless functioning.
- Manage employee-related documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture and strengthen employee loyalty.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing routine queries and concerns.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between management and employees.
- Assist in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
- Generate and maintain reports related to employee activities and operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and people-related initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational and documentation management capabilities.
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Associate degree (2-year degree) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in employee relations, HR operations, administration, facility operations, or a related field
