Role responsibilities
The Nutrition Educator will deliver evidence-based nutrition education and implement Food Is Medicine strategies to support chronic disease prevention. They will engage with community partners and healthcare organizations to enhance nutrition education services.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred, along with at least one year of experience in community-based partnerships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently in a remote role are also required.
