Location: 

The employment takes place at HFS Aichach and can be carried out mainly in the home office. The direct supervisor, with whom you will work closely, is based in France.

Nature of the job should lead to a minimum of 3 customer visits a month in the addressed area. 

 

Essential Functions

To establish and develop our growing Aero Distribution position mainly within Germany and Eastern Europe countries and additional countries to be defined. The successful candidate will be responsible to assist the Sales Director establishing Sales Action Plans to reach Corporate targeted objectives. Also, in this role he/she will be responsible for Account Management and the business development for the HFS Aero Customers range from OEM, MRO, Airlines and OEM subcontractors type 1, 2 and 3. 

 

Specific Responsibilities

 
  • Identify, promote and develop the company's commercial offer in accordance with the commercial strategy adopted.

  • Develop ambitious goals for potential new markets, with existing or new customers. 

  • Define sales prices with the teams of the purchasing or contract department.

  • Define priorities with the different departments involved in the creation of commercial proposals, or customer support.

  • Provide the sales department with the data inherent in market fluctuations.

  • Propose and define with the HFS legal department the conditions of commercial contracts in agreement with the Sales Department.

  • Ensure the management and follow-up of business including reminders, until delivery and customer payment, by guaranteeing customers up-to-date information on the commercial offer to increase efficiency.

  • Guarantee the achievement of the commercial objectives imposed by ensuring adherence to the budgets set for your client portfolio.

  • Analyze market trends including new services from the competition to anticipate customer needs, propose products, service and/or customer development axes to meet changing needs and share them.

  • Compile & submit accurate sales reports/forecasts in a timely manner.

  • Ensure the sharing of expertise, know-how and innovations with the teams.

Education
 

  • Preferred Degree in Business

 

Experience & Background          

 

  • several years of Post Graduate experience in Sales in the aerospace business with fasteners

 

Communication

• Communicates effectively with HFS Aero Distribution departments and external customers.

• Liaises and presents information to senior management.

• Converts, summarizes and interprets information, and passes on relevant information to staff.

• Communicates fluently in English (reading, understanding, writing, speaking) and preferable in German.
