Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting Business Managers by completing administrative and financial functions for a group. Key responsibilities include supporting financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, client data management, oversight of audit/compliance requirements, business planning and preparing presentations for senior management. Job expectations include being able to work effectively in multiple facets of business support and administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the materiality assessment process on high, medium, and low risk reports that have identified and reported breaches/issues within the GM NFRR program.
  • Participate in annual attestation process for GM high risk reports and create/update GM Audit issues in Central Issues Management System.
  • Provide support to Audit Issue Owners and delegate to ensure that audit issues are properly maintained and tracked throughout the process.
  • Handle various ad hoc requests relating to data gathering for Audit, Regulatory and Management requests.
  • Perform quality assurance process on laws, rules and regulatory changes that affect GM Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting to ensure such changes are fully implemented.
  • Analyze monthly metrics reported on Late submission, Resubmissions, and Total Number of Errors across the GM NFRR Inventory.
  • Build out automation and improve the Quality Assurance Process.
  • Perform Quality Assurance on Report Preparer and Manual Data Provider Procedures to ensure adherence and compliance to the Enterprise Policy Requirements.
  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related: and
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
  • Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:
  • Reviewing and assessing the annual Enterprise Inventory Attestation and the bi-annual Report Owner Attestation of High-Risk Reports;
  • Serving as a point of escalation for reporting errors, risks, and issues to ensure inclusion in applicable FLU/CF Reg Reporting Governance routine;
  • Coordinating with GCOR, Report Owners and Report Preparers to implement amendments to LR&Rs, obtaining regulatory guidance and understanding business requirements in modifying or adding new reports into inventory;
  • Ensuring periodic reviews of metrics logic, documentation and other Rule requirements are performed to meet the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Policy; and,
  • Using Co-Pilot to improve on efficiency and reduce time spent on production of QA review files, regulatory change requirements, and Inventory review.

Pay range

$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
