Accountabilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main strategic point of contact and ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
    • Lead onboarding, follow-up, and strategic planning meetings to align expectations and define growth objectives.
    • Translate client goals into actionable strategies in collaboration with internal marketing and operations teams.
    • Monitor performance indicators and present results in a consultative, data-driven manner.
    • Identify opportunities for retention, upsell, and cross-sell to expand client value over time.
    • Act as the bridge between clients, execution teams, and leadership to ensure alignment and clarity.
    • Proactively identify risks, manage expectations, and ensure an excellent client experience.
    • Maintain organized records of action plans, deliverables, and account progress.
    • Requirements:

      • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or strategic client-facing roles in marketing agencies.
      • Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and CRM systems.
      • Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday, or Notion.
      • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for performance tracking and analysis.
      • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into action plans.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a structured and organized way.
      • Strong problem-solving mindset with focus on client success and retention.
