How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Compassionate Patient Advocacy: You will assist patients with the fundamental activities of daily living—such as bathing, dressing, and positioning—with a focus on maintaining their dignity and comfort.
• Clinical Precision: You’ll sharpen your technical skills by accurately capturing vital signs and managing intake/output measurements, providing the data our team needs to make informed care decisions.
• Vigilant Observation: You will serve as a critical link in the chain of care, monitoring patient conditions and reporting significant changes directly to the Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure rapid response to patient needs.
• Comprehensive Documentation: By meticulously recording patient data and updating care plans, you ensure that every member of the healthcare team has a clear, real-time picture of the patient’s progress.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Current Nursing Enrollment: You are actively pursuing your nursing degree through an accredited LPN program.
