You will be responsible for the following:
This role entails collaborating with the Product Innovations Team and specifically leading –
1. Targeting the right consumer segments, articulating rich consumer insights based on usage drivers, triggers, and painpoints
Crafting Learning Plans and Research Briefs to ensure robust consumer and market understanding
Mining target GCash User Analytics
Working with the Market Research Team for Qual and Quant Studies
2. Defining the Proposition and shaping the Marketing Mix
Collaborating with Consumer Segments Marketing for GCash Masterbrand Comms and Programs
3. Calculating the Size of Prize, building the Financial Business Case using consumer & user analytics, and planning A&P investments to achieve KPIs and benchmarks
4. Planning with the Marketing Communications Group (MCG) to craft the Communications Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM) Plan and launching in-market
Managing the Innov Portfolio GTM Calendar and aligning the Product Pipeline to total GCash Calendar
Engaging with Risk, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
5. Managing KPIs, analyzing and optimizing performance drivers, and managing A&P budgets
Synergizing Business KPI performance from Product/Finance/Business Analytics with GTM performance from MCG to understand attribution
Bridging gaps / under-delivery in KPI performance by optimizing drivers & plans
Managing A&P budgets to ensure investment effectiveness & efficiency as well as timely accruals
Lead and rally the cross-functional team – harmonizing each department’s priorities and culture differences – to ensure delivery of plans on time and in full
Improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Ways-of-Working (WoW) with the cross-functional team
Managing direct reports and nurturing talent (2025 TBC)
We are looking for the following:
With at least 1 year Manager and at least 5 years experience in Brand Marketing and Management, with Consumer Insighting
With at least 2 years in Business Case development and A&P management
Preferably with at least 2 years experience in Innovations and/or Business Development
Preferably with experience in digital marketing and performance marketing
With data storytelling to create compelling Business & Customer Analytics, Customer segmentation & Targeting
With experience in writing skills for Consumer Insights, Product-Proposition Concepts, Research & Creative Briefs
Preferably with experience in P&L Management
With experience in project management skills
With ability to work in an agile set-up and a fast-paced working environment
