We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Site & Technical Facility Lead to oversee the technical, operational, and strategic management of our new European Technology & Science Campus (ETSC) in Treviso.
In this role, you will act as the on-site Facilities & Real Estate leader, serving as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) provider. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations within a complex high-tech environment that includes cleanrooms and critical technical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership & Governance
- Act as the Facilities & Real Estate lead for the Treviso site.
- Coordinate facility-related activities, priorities, and operational strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and the IFM provider.
- Drive a governance model based on strong internal oversight and outsourced service execution.
- Support site strategy development, CAPEX planning, and long-term facility roadmaps.
Technical Facilities & Cleanroom Management
- Ensure reliability, performance, and availability of critical building systems, including MEP, HVAC, process utilities, and cleanroom infrastructure.
- Oversee maintenance strategies and lifecycle management of technical assets.
- Maintain cleanroom operational standards, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and EHS teams to maximize uptime and mitigate operational risks.
IFM Governance & Service Delivery
- Lead the management and governance of the IFM provider.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Manage escalations and drive continuous improvement initiatives across facility services.
- Optimize service delivery by balancing cost, quality, operational performance, and flexibility.
Construction & Capital Projects
- Oversee site development activities, building expansions, and infrastructure projects.
- Act as the key interface with general contractors, consultants, and external partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with operational and quality requirements.
Operations & Business Support
- Ensure effective delivery of both hard and soft facility management services.
- Support the implementation and optimization of CMMS and CAFM systems.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Align facility services with evolving business and operational needs.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Serve as a trusted partner to site leadership and global stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Workplace, and Projects.
- Support the development of internal technical capabilities and expertise.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance working environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Significant experience in Facilities Management within complex, high-tech environments.
- Experience within semiconductor, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or similar technical industries is highly preferred.
- Previous exposure to cleanroom operations and critical technical infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing construction, development, and capital projects.
- Demonstrated success managing IFM providers and external service partners.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, utilities, and facility operations.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
