Northwest Center’s iconic Big Blue Truck is hiring a Driver!

You’ll perform bin service and maintenance on local routes, assist with store deliveries, and support warehouse tasks. This active role involves frequent in-and-out work from the truck and offers variety each day.

All routes are local—no long-haul driving or overnight travel—making it a great fit for someone who values staying active and work-life balance. As a Driver, you’ll represent Northwest Center, sharing our mission and how donations support our services. The Big Blue Truck team has a supportive culture focused on community impact.

Location: Mukilteo, WA Schedule: Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun: 6 am - 4:30 pmStarting Wage Range: $22 - $25.00 per hour | Full Wage Range: $22 - $26.01 per hourAdditional Compensation: $1,000 Hiring Bonus (Two payments, split, $500 after 30 days of employment, $500 after 90 days of employment)

Requirements:

Valid Washington State Driver's License
One (1) year of prior box truck driving experience
Clean five (5) year driving record
Knowledge of traffic laws and demonstrated safe driving
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift goods weighing 50lbs consistently, and on occasion up to 70lbs
Familiarity with primary roads and neighborhoods of the Puget Sound area is a plus
