We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Data Center construction and fit-out projects in Vietnam. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of project delivery including planning, execution, stakeholder management, commissioning, and handover for mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Data Center construction and fit-out projects
• Lead project planning, execution, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting activities
• Coordinate CSA, MEP, ELV, and utility infrastructure works across multiple stakeholders
• Manage critical systems including UPS, generators, cooling systems, switchgear, fire suppression, and BMS/EPMS systems
• Oversee testing & commissioning activities including IST, load bank testing, and integrated systems validation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, operators, vendors, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with Data Center standards, local regulations, and client technical requirements
• Monitor project risks, change management, quality performance, and construction safety
• Manage procurement and delivery of long-lead equipment and critical infrastructure systems
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, RFIs, submittals, and handover records

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in Data Center or mission-critical projects
• Experience managing fast-track construction projects and complex stakeholder environments
• Familiar with Tier standards, commissioning processes, and critical facility operations
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• PMP or relevant project management certification is preferred
• Good English communication skills are required
• Possession of a valid Construction Practice Certificate (Chứng chỉ hành nghề hoạt động xây dựng) issued in Vietnam is preferred
• Class I or Class II Project Management Certificate (Quản lý dự án xây dựng Hạng I / II) is highly preferred depending on project scale
• Experience working on projects requiring approval from Vietnamese authorities and industrial zone management boards
• Ability to coordinate with local authorities including Department of Construction, Fire Prevention Police (PCCC), and utility agencies
