Accountabilities

    In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers while shaping product strategy, execution, and organizational maturity. You will balance people leadership with hands-on product work, ensuring both team performance and product outcomes are consistently strong.

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development, while fostering strong product thinking and accountability.
    • Translate business objectives into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.
    • Own and drive end-to-end product execution for key product areas, from discovery through delivery, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.
    • Act as a hands-on Product Manager for complex or high-visibility initiatives, modeling strong product judgment and execution discipline.
    • Improve and scale product management practices, including intake, prioritization, discovery, requirements definition, and delivery processes.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, PMO, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
    • Communicate product decisions, risks, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
    • Requirements

      This role requires a seasoned product leader with strong people management experience, deep product execution expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environments.

      • 5–7+ years of Product Management experience, owning software, technology, or internal platforms, with demonstrated end-to-end delivery responsibility.
      • 2–4+ years of people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development.
      • Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch in complex environments.
      • Solid understanding of modern software development practices and effective collaboration with engineering teams.
      • Experience defining product requirements, managing backlogs, prioritizing work, and delivering measurable outcomes.
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
      • Familiarity with product management tools, roadmapping systems, and collaboration platforms.
      • Bonus: experience in legal tech, regulated industries, or organizations building/maturing product functions.
