Accountabilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of engineers building and scaling partner integrations and consumer-facing applications, ensuring high standards of technical execution and delivery.
    • Drive end-to-end execution of engineering initiatives tied to strategic partnerships, from design and architecture through implementation and production release.
    • Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to define requirements, align priorities, and ensure seamless delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
    • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across APIs, web applications, and cloud-based infrastructure supporting partner ecosystems.
    • Establish engineering best practices, operational discipline, and delivery processes that improve velocity, quality, and accountability.
    • Own hiring, onboarding, and development of engineering talent, building a high-performing and inclusive team culture.
    • Use data, metrics, and retrospectives to continuously improve engineering processes and delivery outcomes.
    • Requirements:

      • 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role.
      • Strong background in full-stack development, including web applications, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
      • Proven experience delivering scalable production systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering teams.
      • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Design, and external stakeholders.
      • Solid operational mindset with experience using metrics, incident reviews, and postmortems to drive improvements.
      • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries is a strong plus, as is exposure to AI-driven development workflows.

        • Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $206,550 – $243,000 plus equity.
