For more information, visit Viz.ai.The RoleViz.ai is looking for a mid-level Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for an initial three-month engagement, with the possibility of extension. This person will own full-cycle recruiting across a mix of U.S.-based, non-Engineering roles, ranging from high-volume hiring that requires efficient screening and process management to more specialized searches that demand proactive sourcing and outreach to passive candidates. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up or oversight, bringing a strong foundation in recruiting best practices along with the adaptability to move fast in a startup environment.ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of U.S.-based. non-Engineering open roles, from intake through offerPartner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and set hiring timelinesRun high-volume recruiting processes efficiently, including managing large candidate pipelines and coordinating high interview volumeProactively source and engage passive candidates for harder-to-fill or specialized roles using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing toolsScreen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitGuide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and pipeline data in the ATSProvide hiring managers with regular pipeline updates, market insights, and recommendationsNegotiate offers and manage the offer process in partnership with the hiring manager and HRIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and bring best practices from prior experienceOperate independently with minimal day-to-day supervision, flagging risks or roadblocks proactivelyQualifications4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a SaaS or healthtech company, or otherwise within the broader technology spaceExperience recruiting in both high-volume and proactive/passive-sourcing capacitiesA career path that includes time at a larger, more established company (exposure to mature recruiting processes and best practices) as well as at a startup (comfort with ambiguity, speed, and scrappiness) is strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage a full requisition load with minimal supervisionStrong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate-generation toolsExperience using Ashby (ATS) to manage pipelines and reportingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers quicklyComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting prioritiesWhy should you join us?
