As a Director Operational Excellence here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the operational excellence strategy, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. The Director monitors and analyzes operational performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of operational excellence initiatives. With strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, the Director of Operational Excellence inspires and motivates teams, drives change management and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the operational excellence strategy for the organization
  • Identify and prioritize areas for operational improvement and efficiency
  • Lead cross functional teams to drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of operational excellence initiatives

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in operational excellence or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in driving change management and process improvement
