Accountabilities:

• Develop and evolve backend services using NestJS and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Build and maintain modern frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript following established design standards.
• Design and improve data models and integrations using PostgreSQL.
• Develop integrations with Artificial Intelligence providers and platform services.
• Participate in architecture decisions, technical reviews, and the evolution of engineering standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD process improvements and operations within Kubernetes and multi-cloud environments.
• Use AI agents and development tools to accelerate software delivery cycles and improve code quality.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to build scalable and innovative solutions.
• Support the continuous improvement of platform capabilities, reliability, and developer experience.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript development.
• Experience building modern web applications using Next.js and React.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, REST APIs, and messaging technologies such as Kafka or similar solutions.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant architectures.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring practices for distributed applications.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar solutions to improve software development workflows.
• Technical English proficiency for documentation reading and collaboration in global environments.
• Experience with large-scale multi-tenant environments, Python/FastAPI, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Helm, ArgoCD, GitOps practices, OpenTelemetry, Langfuse, Platform Engineering, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Storybook, Design Systems, internationalization, or feature flag platforms will be considered a plus.
