Project Manager (f/m)
About The Role:
We are seeking a passionate Project Manager to join our PMO and help us to manage the projects within the aerospace portfolio. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that objectives related to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk are met. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders, driving alignment, transparency, and accountability across the full project lifecycle. This role combines strong leadership, structured project governance, and hands‑on execution to deliver airborne designs and solutions for our customers, bringing measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Actions: Lead projects. Mentors Project Coordinators
Product Actions: Accountable for project results
Project Artifacts: Accountable for project artifacts (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, etc.)
Project Governance: Lead project meetings and reviews
Project Life Cycle: Accountable for project gates and deliverables
What You Will Do To Be Successful:
Actively manage stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and expectation management
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans as needed
Manage project scope and change requests to prevent scope creep
Estimate, allocate, and control project budgets to ensure delivery within approved limits
Build and lead high‑performing, cross‑functional teams (matrix organized)
Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Use project management tools and techniques such as Planisware, Jira, WBS, Gantt charts, and Earned Value Management (EVM)
What You Will Need:
Proven experience in project management with accountability for results
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Experience in managing budgets, risks, timelines, and scope
Ability to analyze and solve problems, prioritize and make decisions under pressure
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and/or in matrix environments
Fluent Polish & English skills
PMP or Agile Project Management certification preferred
