Corporate Lawyer / Client Legal Administrator
Location: Amsterdam
Type of job: Full time (40h/week)
Hybrid (3 days/week in the office)
The salary range for this specific role will be € 52.000 – € 60.000gross per year.
The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.
Role and responsibilities of a senior Company Lawyer:
- Being responsible for managing a cluster and its Clients;
- Being responsible for managing a Client portfolio;
- Being the go-to for all the Complex clients, Key Clients, and Complex structures;
- Ensuring that the clients' client entities are in good legal standing and are compliant with local & international legislation and regulations;
- Assisting with setting up and managing corporate-, fund- and private legal structures;
- Assisting the clients’ client entities with corporate secretarial support & transactional assistance;
- Enabling the clients to meet their timelines in relation to all legal & regulatory matters;
- Keeping the records of the client entities up to date;
- Supporting in managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders such as advisors, authorities, etc.;
- Strengthening and sustaining our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services;
- Acting as a gatekeeper and making sure we protect the financial system, and WFT (“Wet Financieel Toezicht”) regulations.
Your profile:
- A minimum of 3+ years of working experience within the trust, financial services industries, and law firms;
- Experience working for multinational companies
- Fluent in English.
- Financial knowledge of structured finance, balance sheets, and financial reports;
- Client service delivery experience;
- Working experience within a law firm (banking & finance), banks or private equity firms;
- Dutch speaking is a plus
