Position Title: Project Engineer

Employment Type: Contractual (On Payroll)

Experience Required: 5+ years

Domain: IBMS / ELV Systems

Role Summary

The Project Engineer will be responsible for end‑to‑end execution and coordination of IBMS and ELV projects, ensuring delivery as per scope, timeline, quality, and safety standards. The role involves close collaboration with site teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage projects related to IBMS systems, with hands‑on involvement in:
    • CFS (Critical / Fire & Life Safety Systems)
    • CCTV / Video Surveillance
    • ACS (Access Control Systems)
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams.
  • Monitor project schedules, site progress, material flow, and documentation.
  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Support system installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS.
  • Resolve technical and site‑level issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project execution within IBMS / ELV domains.
  • Strong hands‑on experience in CFS, CCTV, and Access Control Systems.
  • Good understanding of project planning, execution, and coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience working on infrastructure / commercial / industrial projects is preferred.

Educational Qualification

  • BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / IT or relevant discipline
  • Must align with company education policy
