From day one, you’ll be working with an experienced founding team, backed by a $32M Series B led by Khosla Ventures and Plural.Monumental is based in the city centre of Amsterdam, in a beautiful facility with an fully equipped workshop and robot testing floor. When a recruiter reaches out with a generic template InMail, they ignore it.We've grown from 15 to 120+ people over the last couple of years. Our R&D team covers software, mechanical, electrical, controls, perception, and forward deployments engineers - and we need someone with the capacity to hire the best. You'll also be responsible for hiring , operators, technicians, and roles you won't find anywhere else. You'll own inbound applications in R&D, while finding creative ways to reach candidates, then manage them through the process end to end. You'll work closely with our hiring team to understand what we're building and why, so you can effectively grow our team.We want someone who biases towards deep, technical sourcing over volume. You will operate with significant autonomy and ownership, and deliver against our hiring plan with speed and precision.
