Accountabilities:
- Build, manage, and scale a network of third-party vendors supporting repairs, maintenance, turnover, and renovation services across residential assets
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent service quality, reliability, and alignment with operational needs
- Monitor and drive vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, delivering regular performance reviews and feedback
- Identify vendor capacity gaps, source new vendors, and support onboarding and qualification processes
- Negotiate pricing structures and agreements to optimize cost efficiency and market competitiveness
- Utilize reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and improve operational outcomes
- Manage escalations, resolve vendor-related issues, and ensure timely and effective resolution of operational challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align vendor performance with business goals and service expectations
- Conduct field visits and market evaluations to assess vendor quality and strengthen partnerships
- 5+ years of experience in vendor management, operations, property services, or related field-based service industries
- Strong background in residential repairs and maintenance operations or similar asset management environments
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee service-level performance
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and reporting tools to evaluate performance and drive decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in cross-functional, high-growth, or startup-style environments
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace) and comfort working in tech-enabled workflows
- Willingness to travel as required to support vendor evaluations and field operations
- Competitive annual salary range of $80,000 – $90,000 USD
