Role
We are seeking a versatile and proactive Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for handling a verity of general office tasks such as data processing and organizing electronic files. They often coordinate tasks between field operations and other departments to manage multiple aspects of a project or multiple projects. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.
Responsibilities
Directly support V.P. of Field Operations and General Superintendent operations management
Manage document accuracy
Help enforce department regulations, guidelines, and timelines
Help effectively delegate operational responsibilities to appropriate individuals/positions
Help facilitate and implement look ahead data
Help ensure operational support in the areas of field, service, and shop
Act as a catalyst for change regarding data capture and use to drive business decisions
Ensure safety programs and standards are followed
Coordinate the design, development, testing, and deployment of business solutions
Accountable for the performance and results of the workgroup
Help implement the right processes and practices across field operations
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in operations support, administrative assistance, or a related field
- Fluent in a variety of programming languages, software, and systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
